About
Ann O'Keeffe lives in Jacksonville, Florida. Ann's journey is partially journaled in her latest book, "What Our Senses Fail to Fathom", and her first book, "Pearls of Wisdom", will be released in its second edition in the near future.
Ann is a Washington DC native with deep military roots. As a Certified Family Life Educator and suicide prevention trainer through Living Works, Ann enjoys sharing her experience, strength, and hope with others — especially alienated parents who have experienced high-conflict divorce.
Ann is an active teacher, chaplain, advocate, and community volunteer. Walks alongside the Atlantic Ocean bring her peace and clarity in an often chaotic world.
